Hooked on Harvest: Threads of Home & Heritage
Celebrate autumn’s colours and stories through hooked
rugs inspired by harvest traditions, the comforts of home, and the anticipation
of the holiday season. The spirit of this time of year is captured by country
drives to admire the changing leaves, entering a warm home and donning cozy
slippers, and the aroma of seasonal baking.

Gingerbread House
2023
Original, inspired by a picture on Pinterest
Hooked with #3 cut hand-dyed wool on linen, Yorkshire buttons, felted candy canes
Sections finished with binding and glued to coroplast, edges then butted together and sewn.
"I love Christmas and
nothing says it better than a gingerbread house. Inspired by a design found on
Pinterest, I adapted and designed it on linen, dyed the wool, and hooked it.
Pieced together with thread and supported inside by a plasticized board, my creation
