Annual Picnic 2023    June 3rd, 2023 Our annual picnic was once again great fun! It was fabulous to meet friends we hadn’t seen for several years and also meet new ones. We received 24 guests from 8 different rug hooking groups plus we were 27 from our own guild. Thank you for travelling out to join us and making the day so memorable.   Great to meet together again. Many thanks to our vendors and their vast selection of beautiful wares, opportune for everyone to stock up on supplies for summer projects. Thank you to all those who donated items, prepared door prizes, created complimentary wool flower brooches for each attendee, made lovely appliqué kits to raise funds, brought delicious snacks and lunch platters, coordinated and oversaw activities, and helped set-up or clean-up (thanks to a few husbands also). M’s fundraising table for Therapeutic Paws of Canada. Isabelle’s rug patterns. Isabelle’s and Jacques’ tables of fabulous hooking artifacts. Ti’s stretch velvets in every colour i
