Sucrerie de la Montagne On March 29 we again* visited Sucrerie de la Montagne in Rigaud, Quebec, for a delicious meal and great entertainment. Several of our members are now experienced spoon players but the band members told them not to quit their day jobs! It will be a purse. Johanne's family cottage, hooked with strips of fabric and the water in front will be velvet! Juliet's stained glass Loons, looking so serene! Pattern from Willow Creek Rug Hooking Réjean's wide cut. Carolyn's colorful birds Candace's covered bridge is getting it's location added. Hooked in nylons, some dyed and some as is colours. Jacquie B. beautiful covered bridge. Isabelle's "Hug Rug". This rug is large and Isabelle is duplicating actual plaid patterns. Amazing! Sylvia's latest. Love that background! Rug Hooking Summer Classes Exciting News! Guild Challenge

Hook a Self-portrait! Last week we put forth a “Guild Challenge” – to hook a self portrait. The suggested size was approx. 8” x 10”, but feel free to express yourself in any size, any cut, any fabric. You can go for the realistic look or the wild and wacky! It can be frontal, side or the back view! This is meant to be FUN. Aim to have your piece finished by fall, 2018.
