Advance Rug Hooking Class with Lois Morris


Lois Morris will be offering the following advanced class this fall:
Fancy Stitches and Alternate Fibres and Techniques Workshop
The class will run for 5 weeks, October 17 to November 14.
Cost is 230$ for members and 265$ for non-members and includes a sampler kit.

Special Show & Tell: Christmas  Angel Blowing Horn, hooked by Debbie Séguin. Debra Séguin Angel Blowing Horn 10” x 35.5” 2018 Adaptation – from a wooden angel which my friend Sue had in her living room. Primitive style and Folk style Hooked with #6 cut on linen using recycled wool, dyed wool, yarn, and velvet Whipped edge using a velvety yarn I had seen my friend Sue’s wooden angel in her living room, and immediately asked if I could trace the wood and make a hooked rug! I love the results!

A very delighted Chris was the lucky winner of the beautiful door prize basket, provided and put together by Kitt (Liz and Emmy contributed some items also).
